Refund and Return Policy – My ED Pills
Overview
At My ED Pills, we value customer satisfaction and want you to shop with complete confidence. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Opened or partially used medicines
Intimate or personal care products
Health supplements once opened
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The order was delivered past the expected delivery timeline.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number or invoice). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., opened items not due to our error, or returns requested after 30 days).
Rejected Refunds: If the product shows signs of use, tampering, or is returned beyond the 30-day period, the refund request may be denied.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary, and refunds may take a few business days to reflect.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased under promotions, discounts, or clearance sales cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, kindly email us at 📧 support@myedpills.com within 7 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error).
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged items may vary.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
