After successful payment, a final order acknowledgment will be sent to your email, confirming the total order value and estimated delivery time.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order fully or partially (due to stock unavailability), this will be clearly stated in the final acknowledgment.
2. Shipping Confirmation

After your payment is completed, you can track your order through our portal.

International customers should note that packages may be subject to customs checks, which can cause additional delays.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs, as it is beyond our control.

Once cleared, the package will proceed to your local courier service for delivery.

Customs processing can take a few days to a few weeks, so please plan accordingly.
4. Delivery Timeline

Domestic orders are usually delivered within a few working days.

Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or lockdowns may cause delays.

In most cases, deliveries are completed within 15 to 20 working days from the order placement date.

If your package is not delivered within this timeframe, we advise you to track your shipment and contact our support team for assistance.

5. Reshipping Lost Orders

Although rare, if a package is lost during transit, MyEdPills will take full responsibility and reship your order at no extra cost (excluding customs duties and taxes).

If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact our customer helpline.

Reshipment or refund requests must be made within 8 weeks of the original order placement.

We cannot process claims made after 8 weeks from the order date.
6. Return and Refund Policy

If your package arrives with a broken or tampered seal, you must report it within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Upon verification, we will arrange a pickup and reship the product at no additional cost.

Return or refund requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

All refunds are processed online and credited back to the original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds.
